Specialising in female strength training, fat loss, and body composition, Joanne helps women build strong, consistent routines that deliver real, sustainable results. Her coaching is built around simple, structured training and practical nutrition strategies designed to fit around busy lifestyles, travel, and work commitments.

Joanne has worked across 1:1 coaching, group training, and online programmes, delivering measurable results through clear programming, accountability, and consistent support. Her experience includes coaching in premium environments such as Barry’s, as well as strength-focused facilities in Australia, where she developed a strong foundation in progressive overload, compound lifts, and movement technique.
