Meet Coach Katherine — a Personal Trainer and Holistic Wellness Coach dedicated to helping clients transform not just their bodies, but their minds and lives as a whole.

Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Katherine has been athletic from a young age, competing at high levels in volleyball and exploring a wide range of fitness disciplines throughout her life. Her journey through movement, sport, and self-development led her to discover the powerful connection between intentional training, mindset, and holistic wellbeing.

With over 8 years of personal fitness experience, Katherine has studied and practised fitness training, nutrition, biomechanics, dance, and self-healing practices. This diverse background shapes her unique coaching style, one that blends physical strength with awareness, focus, and balance. Today, she uses this knowledge to guide clients toward empowerment, confidence, and a deeper mind–body connection.

Katherine is a Level 2 & 3 Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Zumba Instructor, and Bikini Bodybuilding Competitor. She has coached both small groups and one-to-one clients, supporting beginners and intermediate-level individuals in building strength, discipline, and sustainable habits that extend beyond the gym.

What sets Katherine apart is her holistic approach. Her coaching goes beyond sets and reps, incorporating mindful breathing, mind–muscle connection, emotional support, and conscious discipline. Clients feel fully supported and present throughout their sessions, learning not only how to train their bodies, but how to move with intention and clarity.

Her philosophy integrates conscious breathing, body awareness, mindful nutrition, and focused mindset work — helping clients achieve results that are sustainable, balanced, and aligned with their lifestyle. Training with Katherine is about building strength while reconnecting with yourself, creating harmony between body, mind, and daily life.

Katherine works with both women and men, beginners and intermediate clients, who want to reconnect with their bodies, improve their eating habits, and integrate mindfulness and holistic wellness into their routines.
