Meet Coach Lisa — a dedicated personal trainer with over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry and a lifelong foundation in sport and movement.

Lisa’s passion for fitness began at a young age through competitive sport. As a provincial horse rider, alongside her involvement in netball and athletics, she developed a deep appreciation for discipline, performance, and the connection between body and mind. This early exposure to sport laid the foundation for her strong work ethic and lifelong commitment to physical excellence.

As her journey evolved, Lisa went on to compete in bodybuilding, gaining first-hand experience in structured training, body composition, nutrition, and the mental resilience required to pursue high-level physical goals. These experiences shaped her understanding of what it truly takes to transform the body in a sustainable and intelligent way.

Now a qualified personal trainer, with certifications in performance nutrition, fat loss, and pre- and post-natal training, Lisa brings a holistic, wellness-integrated approach to coaching. Her programs are rooted in science, personalised to each individual, and designed to support not only physical results, but long-term health, confidence, and energy.

Lisa is especially passionate about working with women and busy individuals, helping them build strength, improve body composition, and feel confident in their bodies without burnout or extreme methods.
