Meet Coach Luke — a transformation coach passionate about helping everyday people build healthier habits, improve body composition, and discover a genuine enjoyment for training.
Luke's journey into fitness wasn't straightforward. After years working as an electrician, living an unhealthy lifestyle, and relying on weekends filled with drinking and poor nutrition, he understands exactly what it feels like to struggle with consistency. It wasn't until his late twenties that he committed to improving his own training, nutrition, and daily habits, completely transforming both his physique and mindset.
That personal journey inspired Luke to study for his Level 3 Personal Training qualification and begin coaching others who found themselves in the same position he once was. Since then, he has helped beginners and everyday individuals build confidence in the gym, develop sustainable routines, and achieve life-changing results without extreme diets or unrealistic expectations.
With experience coaching both online and in person, Luke has delivered 1-to-1 coaching, group training, CrossFit-style classes, HIIT sessions, and HYROX-inspired workouts. He has successfully guided clients through their first 5K, 10K, half marathon, and HYROX events, helping them achieve goals they never believed were possible.
Known for his approachable, supportive coaching style, Luke creates an environment where clients feel comfortable, motivated, and confident from day one. His focus isn't just on helping people lose body fat or improve their fitness, it's about building long-term habits, increasing self-belief, and making training an enjoyable part of everyday life.
