Meet Coach Sogol — a highly experienced Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach with over 10 years of coaching experience helping clients transform their bodies, improve athletic performance, and build long-term confidence through structured fitness and lifestyle coaching.

Originally from Iran and now based in Dubai, Sogol has built a strong reputation for delivering high-energy, results-driven coaching across both personal training and group fitness environments. Her experience spans strength training, CrossFit, HIIT, TRX, functional fitness, mobility work, and bodyweight training, allowing her to coach a wide range of clients, from complete beginners to advanced athletes preparing for competition.

Sogol’s background in fitness extends far beyond commercial gym coaching. She has competed in fitness and CrossFit events across Iran, Armenia, and Türkiye, gaining firsthand experience in high-performance training, discipline, and athletic development. Alongside competing, she also held leadership roles within women’s fitness in Iran, helping to support and develop female participation in sport and performance training.
