Undeniably one of the most popular types of training at the moment due to the endless list of benefits: yoga is great for stress relief, as well as improving balance, co-ordination, flexibility and strength. Our instructors are trained in Ashtanga and Iyengar techniques – the sessions will include poses founded on Ashtanga but will also incorporate hip openers, back bending and arm balancing.
The sessions are vinyasa flow and work with a combination of strength, flexibility and a loosening of the muscles and joints. We have many yogis working for us here at Fit Squad DXB and most have been travelling through either Nepal, India or Sri Lanka crafting their trade and are leaders in their field for group and personalised yoga sessions. Yoga is a lifestyle, and our trainers live, eat, breathe and sleep this vastly evolving but still very traditional form of training.
